Terms & Conditions

 

-I require a weeks notice for the days you need your dog walked or for any other services needed.  Less than a weeks notice may mean I do not have availability.

-Clients must provide me with a door key, if this is not provided I will not be able to walk your dog.  I am unable to collect keys from elsewhere.

-Clients leave keys out at their ow risk- I will not be liable for any keys that are left outside.  It is best to provide me with my own key.

-I require payment in advance or on the day of your dogs walk or for any other service I provide.  I accept cash or bank transfer, no other form of payment.  Any late payments may incur a charge.

-The only services I provide are what is listed or agreed with the client. 

-All health conditions or behavioural issues must be disclosed prior to any booking for the safety of your dog, myself and the public.  I cannot accept aggressive dogs or any banned breeds.  If any aggressive behaviour is shown from your dog that hasn't been previously disclosed it could result in the termination of services.

-Please leave a towel for your dog to be dried with, I cannot be held responsible for any mess your pet may create in the home!

-In the event of injury or illness whilst your dog is in my care I would always take them to their vet.  Owners are responsible for all veterinary fees that their pet may incur.

-I do not tolerate any rudeness- please remember this is my job and the way I earn a living.  I provide a service and will always provide the very best care for your pets which you wont be disappointed with, I do expect courtesy and respect in return.

-If any of the terms and conditions are not withheld I am entitled to terminate any future services.
